Are your staff ready to embed SUICIDE PREVENTION in RSHE from September 2026?

D of E guidance states “schools should consult mental health professionals” before teaching suicide prevention; BRIYM is a solution.

How does your school identify and reconnect with students at risk of EBSNA before concerns escalate?

BRIYM’s EBSNA Aware programme  provides a proactive approach, supporting staff to recognise early signs, assess underlying needs and confidently address the factors contributing to EBSNA.

We provide mental health support to organisations, schools, parents and children providing a range of services from private one-to-one sessions to corporate training workshops.

Due to the success of BRIYM and the increasing demand for mental health support in schools and with young people, Charlotte has been able to train a team of highly skilled therapists to work in the BRIYM team. Based in West Berkshire we are also able to cover West Sussex, Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.

BRIYM also educates and coaches individuals and teams within corporate organisations to develop their professional resilience using The WAY programme.

Railton Blyth, Director of Safeguarding for The Circle Trust

BRIYM was founded by Charlotte Hartley. Following 20 years of teaching in the classroom, including 5 years as a Head of Year, Charlotte realised that her passion lay in supporting the ever-rising number of students suffering from anxiety and mental health problems. Charlotte trained as a therapist in 2013 and has built a very successful private practice working with adults and young people. In addition, she has worked with a variety of schools providing excellent mental health support for all members of the school community.
